How to contact NJT for Software Support
1. Support Availability
Software support is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.
If you contact support by email or by online message, you can expect to receive a response within 1 working day.
2. When Contacting Support
Please quote the following:
- The name of the software product you are using.
- Your software licence no (or state 'Live Evaluation')
- Your company name
- Your contact name & telephone number
3. How to Contact Support
You can contact support using any of the following methods:

Note: If you receive a 'Runtime' error message whilst using the software, you can send this error message directly to NJT.
Click on the 'Display Last Error' button via 'Administration Routines'.
It is recommended that you supplement this with an email or telephone call.
4. Remote Login Support
NJT provides a remote login support service for licensed customers, via the secure 'SplashTop SOS' software.
- Contact NJT and arrange a time.
[Click Here] to download the 'Splash Top' SOS software.
Run the software, then telephone NJT and give the 9-digit code when requested.
NJT will then remotely access your computer.
When the remote access session is complete, disconnect then exit the software.
