• Defect Fix - A 'Run Time Error' was displayed when attempting to update to a new software version when using the Access 'RunTime' product. Unfortunately, this Access version does not allow the Current and New versions to be opened simultaneously. Consequently, the software now only downloads the new version. The User will need to then open the new version manually from the Windows 'File Explorer'. After which, the current version will be moved automatically to the '(Archive)' folder. Note: This will not take effect until you update from version 2.5 to 2.6.

Version 2.4 (21 Jul 2026) Demo and Live Quarterly Updates Only

• Defect Fix - Submitted 'Quarterly Update' reports displayed "Submitted to HMRC on 30 December 1899". HMRC only returns the date the first submission was received when the Obligation is 'Fulfilled'. Therefore the report now displays "First submission was received by HMRC on DD/MM/YYYY" from the retrieved Obligation record.

• Defect Fix - Fixed the error message displayed when certain Sage P&L Excel reports are imported. This applies to the simplified report layouts that do not include a Date Range or Trading Name.

• Defect Fix - Fixed the issue where Access attempted to restart after the user closed the software via the 'Save & Close' button. When the software was subsequently opened, a message was displayed stating that Access couldn't start last time etc.
• Defect Fix - Fixed oversized font sizes where Window Zoom was less than 90%. Also changed the zoom increments from 10% to 5% and extended minimum range to 60%.
